Taking early retirement from education has allowed me to progress with Art. Whilst on a painting holiday I met members of Constantine Art Society who asked me to join them. So much of what I have done stems from that meeting. My work is inspired by the colours and light of where I visit. Recently this has been the Scottish Highlands, Dubrovnik, Suffolk, Devon and of course Cornwall. I use watercolours, oils, mixed media and collage. I also produce collagraphic prints of Choughs, cornish hedges, rocks and waves, each hand print is unique. A recent return to abstract painting has been an exciting challenge. I enjoy occasional teaching workshops…fun to teach adults who enjoy their arty pursuits. Please click on artwork for more information.
